• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products at no additional cost.

• For size or color exchanges, return shipping charges may apply.
