Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days nationwide. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for unused items in original condition. Some products (such as sale items or personal care items) may not be eligible.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
